Bayard CNC Fin Machine 4th Generation

Designing and supporting CNC fin machine controls since 2008, we are proud to introduce our 4th-generation system.

A CNC fin machine is a specialized Computer Numerical Control (CNC) platform engineered to automatically produce high-precision fins for heat exchangers, radiators, and other thermal-transfer applications. By using advanced programming to control all cutting, forming, and shaping functions, the machine delivers exceptional accuracy while minimizing material waste in high-volume production.

Medical Waste Treatment - 1st Generation

This control system project was the first to use ClO₂ for medical waste treatment in hospitals. It was deployed at three locations in 2006.

turbo charge trim balance
turbo charge trim balance

First design to incorporate automatic trim balancing for turbochargers.

Developed the 1st Generation Automatic Turbocharger Trim Balance system in 1990, and after its development, I conducted training programs on three continents.

  1. First turbo-charger VSR with automatic trim balance

  2. First chlorine dioxide (ClO₂) process for medical waste treatment

  3. First automated man trap security system

  4. First Power Ball Zero Gravity Machine featured on television game show

Technology & Innovation Projects

Designed a control system to simulate planetary libration-the apparent "wobble" or oscillation of a celestial body. This device was funded by NASA programs in 2007.

First-of-its-kind control system for the Power Ball Zero Gravity Machine, featured on a national television game show in 2000.
