The Bayard Nitro Mixer Control Model 820V-HD50 is fully automatic and comes with an industrial controller. It has a compact valve assembly. There’s a 50-liter Dewar Tank that fits under the table and has wheels for easy movement. The Dewar is self-pressurized and filled with liquid nitrogen. You can also choose a larger 80-liter or 100-liter Dewar if needed. It includes a 36-inch vacuum jacketed hose.

The Bayard Nitro Mixer Control Model 820VDC can operate in both fully automatic and semi-automatic modes. It comes with an industrial controller that’s built tough for manufacturing processes. The industrial touchscreen is positioned above the nitrogen fog for easy access. The compact valve assembly is made of stainless steel and anodized aluminum for durability. A safety relief valve is included.

The Bayard Nitro Mixer Model 820P is designed for big VJ Valves and is suitable for suppliers of vacuum-jacketed valves. The Model 820DC is meant for smaller, compact Asco Valves. There are options to automate existing manual dispensing systems. The Industrial Controller is user-friendly and offers both fully automatic and semi-automatic modes.
