CNC Fin Machine

Fin Machine Features and Benefits

Use of Existing Dies

  • The fin machine is compatible with existing dies from other 18” folding fin machines.

  • Dies open to the actual fin height, reducing machine wear and allowing faster operating speeds.

Touch Screen Control

  • Equipped with a touch-screen CNC control panel for simplified operation and improved user experience.

Ease of Setup

  • Operators can store previous job settings and quickly recall them for future runs, significantly reducing setup time.

Raw Material / Pay-Out Reel

  • Built-in automatic coil mandrel for consistent raw material feeding.

Lubrication

  • All precision slide components are lubricated, reducing maintenance downtime and extending machine life.

Quality and Repeatability
  • Repeatable setup ensures consistent results and minimizes the risk of operator error by reusing proven “recipes” for recurring jobs.

Daily Fin Count

  • Tracks how many fins are produced each day, providing an overview of production output and average fins per minute.
(Located in Main Menu → Tools → Fin Count Files)

Quiet Operation
  • Exceptionally quiet—no ear protection required.

Fast Setup

  • Fin jobs can be set up in minutes, instead of hours or days.

Job Fin Count

  • Displays the number of fins created since the last reset.

Auto Feed

  • Automatically feeds raw material into the machine for continuous operation.

Top Up

  • Moves the top head to the “up” position to allow new material to be loaded.

Step Mode

  • Allows a single cycle (two fins at a time) each time “Cycle Start” is pressed.

Top-Down Run Offset

  • Fin height can be adjusted during automatic operation.
Note: Adjustments are NOT measured in inches.
